- Under Tamilnadu CM Accident Victim Treatment Scheme , govt. will provide free care to road accident victims in 609 government and private hospitals.
- Tamilnadu government will offer free 81 life-saving procedures worth Rs. 1 lakh to accident victims in the first 48 hours of their hospitalisation
- The state has set aside Rs. 50 crore for the first phase of implementation of the Innuyir Kaappom Thittam (saving precious lives).
